Pre-made RFP lentiviral particles expressing codon optimized Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) marker under enhanced EF1a promoter. A Hygromycin antibiotic selection under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. The following scheme showed the lentivector expression cassette:
The enhanced EF1a promoter is strong constitutive promoter. It is non-tissue specific, highly expressed in all cell types, and less likely be silenced after long-term culture.See Product Manual (.pdf).
Amount: 1 x 108 IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS. (This is the concentrated lentivirus with higher titer)
