Description
Lentivirus express the codon-optimized Yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) under the enhanced EF1a promoter. A Hygromycin antibiotic selection, driven by Rsv promoter, allows to select the transduced fluorescent positive cells. The following scheme showed the lentivector core structure:
