Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses HPV38-E7 viral antigen (click to see its coding sequence) under enhanced CMV promoter, 100% matching to its CD sequence of the transforming protein E7 in Human papillomavirus type 38 (HPV38) (Accession ID: U31787.1).
The lentivirus contains RFP–Blasticidin dual selection, which allows to select the transduced cells via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
