Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses HPyV6 Small T Antigen (click to see its coding sequence) under enhanced CMV promoter, 100% matching to the small T-antigen’s CD sequence in Human polyomavirus 6 (HPyV6) (Accession ID: LC309197.1).
The lentivirus contains RFP–Blasticidin dual selection, which allows to select the transduced cells via Blasticidin antibiotic or via cell sorting by RFP fluorescent signal.
