Description
Lentivirus express human codon-optimized Cas9 endonuclease (Streptococcus pyogenes ) under the enhanced EF1a promoter, with a proprietary NLS (Nuclear Localization Signal) at its N-terminal, for the best nuclear penetration. It also contains a Zeocin antibiotic marker for the selection of the transduced cells. (see also the Non-Integration Lentivirus of this product, CAT#: IDLV011B.)

Application: used for CRISPR gene editing ( Note: used with a separate “gene-specific gRNA lentivirus” or ” gene-specific gRNA vector” for CRISPR editing )
