Description
Premade Lentivirus expresses human target: CFTR (alternative name: CF; MRP7; ABC35; ABCC7; CFTR/MRP; TNR-CFTR; dJ760C5.1). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in the target, NCBI ID: NM_000492.
The target is natively expressed under a optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can also used as regular constitutive high expression without any inducation required). A GFP-Puromycin fusion dual selection marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). GFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the performance of the particle.
