RFP-2a-Puromycin (EF1a Promoter), Concentrated Lentivirus

Description

Lentivirus co-expresses codon-optimized Red Fluorescent Protein (RFP) and Puromycin selection gene under the same enhanced EF1a promoter, mediate via F2A element. It is best suitable for RFP stable cell line generation and RFP labeling and selection via Puromycin killing. See Product Manual (.pdf).

The particles was concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS. 

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create RFP expression stable cell line (via Puromycin selection);
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
