Description
Transformed from Mouse MB49, this cell line co-express the firefly Luciferase 3 under the enhanced EF1a promoter . The Puromycin resistance marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
It demonstrates luciferase / chemiluminescence signal via Luciferase assay, best suitable for In Vivo and In Vitro imaging.
