mCherry (EF1a, Puro), Concentrated Lentivirus

Description

Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Red Fluorescent Protein (mCherry) under the enhanced EF1a promoter. A Puromycin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).

It is the concentrated lentivirus in PBS. 

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create RFP (mCherry) expression stable cell line;
3. others;

Amount: 1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
