Description
Pre-made lentiviral particles for sub-cellular labeling Mitochondria. GFP fluorescent signal targeted in Mitochondria by the Leader sequence of the engineered E1 alpha pyruvate dehydrogenase. This is the version containing Puromycin (Puro) antibiotic selection marker.
This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided in higher titer, suite for hard-to-tranduce cell types.
