Description
Lentivirus expresses human target, CD274 / PDL1 (human CD274 molecule) (alternative name: B7-H; B7H1; PD-L1; PDCD1L1; PDCD1LG1; PDL1). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_014143.
The target is expressed with C-terminal 6His tag under an enhanced EF1a promoter which is best for suspension cells, like T cells, or B cells (or so called Hard-to-transduced cell type or cell types have weak CMV promoter strength). The lentivirus contains a Blasticidin selection under the RSV promoter. See the expression cassette scheme below:
