Premade lentivirus express human PD1-mCherry Fusion construct.
mCherry is Red-fluorescent marker. The human PD1 (SNCA) (alternative name: ACP, PARK1, PARK4, PD1). The sub-cloned cPD1 odon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000345.3. mCherry is fusioned at C-terminal of PD1
The PD1-mCherry is expressed under the enhanced EF1a promoter. The lentivirus contains the Blasticidin selection under Rsv promoter. See its core express cossette scheme listed below:
This is the concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution (premixed with 10x polybrene.). see Product Manual
