Premade Nano-Lantern Lentivirus for Ca2+indicator/Bioprobe in Nuclear area. It allows luminescent imaging of spontaneous Ca2+ dynamics in living cells.
This Lentivirus construct the fusion of Orange-Nano-Lantern with Calmodulin and M13 (CaM-M13 / Cam2) with a Nuclear localization sequence. When Ca2+ binds to Cam2, it induces the Cam2 conformational changes which resulted in the Nano-Lantern luminescent signal changes (click this reference : Nature Commu. Mar 2016.for details).
