This Lentivirus construct the fusion of Orange-Nano-Lantern with the ADP-ribosylation factor 6, a plasma membrane protein which localized at plasma membrane. It allows real-time Luminescence imaging the plasma-membrane sub-cellular structure in dynamics in live cells. The lentivirus contains the puromycin selection.
