Description
Transformed from the CHO cells, this cell line stably expresses the humanized RFP fluorescent protein, containing a Puromycin resistance marker. RFP is constitutively expressed at a high-level under the enhanced CMV promoter (suCMV). The following expression construct was integrated into the cell line’s genome.
CHO-K1 cell line is an adhesive cell line, derived from a female Chinese hamster’s ovary.
