Description
Transformed from Human ES2, this cell line co-express the firefly Luciferase report under the enhanced EF1a promoter. The Puromycin resistance marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The following express cassette was integrated into cell line’s genome.
This cell report cell line can be used for In Vivo and In Vitro imaging assay. Its Luciferase / chemiluminescence signal was verified by Luciferase assay.
