Description
Premade optional inducible lentiviral shRNA lentivirus, knockdowning β-Galactosidase (lacZ) gene. Particles contains a GFP-Puromycin dual selection marker. GFP fluorescent signal provide a convenient method to observe the virus transduction under microscope, and the transduced cells can be sorted / selected via either fluorescent signal or Puromycin.
shRNA sequence was designed in β-Galactosidase (lacZ) codon region, demonstrating greater than 90% knockdown level for exogenous (trasnfected lacZ expression).
