GFP (CMV, Bsd) lentiviral particles in PBS

Description

Pre-made GFP lentiviral particles expressing codon optimized Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) under suCMV promoter, carrying a Blasticidin selection marker under Rsv promoter.  The following scheme showed the lentivector’s core structure:

The particles was concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS. (See Product Manual (.pdf).

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create GFP expression stable cell line (via Blasticidin selection);
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in PBS.
