CFP (CMV, Neo) lentiviral particles in PBS

Description

Pre-made CFP lentiviral particles containing codon optimized Cyan Fluorescent Protein (CFP) marker under suCMV promoter. A Neomycin (G418) antibiotic selection under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells.

Lentivirus was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS solution. 

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create CFP expression stable cell line (via Neomycin selection);
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul in  in PBS.
