YFP (CMV, Neo) lentiviral particles

Description

Pre-made YFP lentiviral particles containing codon optimized Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP) marker under suCMV promoter. A Neomycin (G418) antibiotic selection under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells.

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create YFP expression stable cell line (via Neomycin selection);
3. others;

Amount: 1 x 10⁷ IFU/ml x 200ul provided in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 60ug/ml of polybrene.
