β-Galactosidase (lacZ) Lentivirus express the full length lacZ gene (click to see its codon sequence).
LacZ is natively expressed under optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV). A RFP fluorescent and Blasticidin fusion marker under the separate RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance and RFP is constantly expressed.

Amount: 200ul/per vial at 1 x 107 IFU/ml in DMEM medium with 10x Polybrene.
