Description
Pre-made Thymidine kinase(TK) lentiviral particles containing sequence verified TK gene (click to see sequence) under suCMV promoter. A blasticidin gene under RSV promoter allows to select stable cells for long term expression, and a RFP protein to trace virus transduction. TK was expressed with N-term His-tag.
