Description
Pre-made TAT Lentiviral particles expressing humanized TAT gene from Human immunodeficiency virus 1 (NCBI locus: NP_057853 ) under suCMV promoter. A blasticidin gene under RSV promoter allows to select stable cells for long term expression, and a RFP protein to trace virus transduction. TAT was expressed with N-term His-tag.
