Pre-made β-Lactamase Lentiviral particles expressing beta-laztamase (TEM-1) under inducible suCMV promoter. A Neomycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression via Neomycin antibiotic. See product manual for details (.pdf).
