Description
Pre-made lentivirus expresses human target: CDK4 (alternative name: CMM3, MGC14458, PSK-J3), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000075.
The target is natively expressed under the optional inducible suCMV promoter. A RFP–blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
