Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expressing human target: ERBB3 (alternative name: c-erbB-3; c-erbB3; ErbB-3; erbB3-S; FERLK;
HER3; LCCS2; MDA-BF-1; p180-ErbB3; p45-sErbB3; p85-sErbB3; VSCN1). The target is natively expressed the coding sequence of human ERBB3 gene (NM_001005915) under an optional inducible CMV promoter. A RFP_Blasticidin fusion dual-marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides convenient, real-time monitoring the particle’s performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
