Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express human target: IKBKB (alternative name: FLJ40509, IKK-beta, IKK2, IKKB, MGC131801, NFKBIKB), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001556.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible TetCMV promoter. A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select the transduced cells, via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers).
