Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under an optional inducible TetCMV promoter. A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, real-time monitoring the particle’s performance.
