Pre-made lentivirus for expressing human target: TAOK3 (alternative name: DKFZp666H245, DPK, FLJ31808, JIK, MAP3K18), 100% matched CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_016281.2.
Full sequence verified target is natively expressed under a tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter. A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
Each particles was validated in lot by lot basis and target expression is guaranteed. Particles were packaged in DMEM medium containing polybrene. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
