Description
Pre-made inducible lentiviral particles for expressing human target: TP63 (alternative name: AIS; B(p51A); B(p51B); EEC3; KET; LMS; NBP), with ORF sequence 100% matching to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_001114980.1.
Full sequence verified target is expressed with C-terminal 6His tag under a tetracycline inducible suCMV promoter (Note: The inducible expression is an optinal feature. It can also used as regular constitutive high expression, see manual for details). A blasticidin-RFP fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
