Description
Pre-made Lentivirus expresses human target: YAP1 (alternative name: YAP, YAP2, YAP65, YKI). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_006106.4.
The target is natively expressed under an optional inducible TetCMV promoter (Note: it can also be used for regular constitutive high expression without any induction). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml in in PBS solution (premixed with Polybrene).
