Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express human target: h BCL2 (alternative name: Bcl-2; PPP1R50). The sub-cloned codon sequence is identical (100% match) to CDS region in NCBI ID: NM_000633
The target is natively expressed under a tetracycline optional inducible suCMV promoter (Note: it can used as regular constitutive high expression without any induction, and also as tetracycline inducible expression when desired). A RFP-Blasticidin fusion marker under RSV promoter, allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic (Dual markers). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance.
