Description
Concentrated Lentivirus expressing firefly luciferase gene under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. A RFP marker was co-expressed under the same promoter. Luciferase and RFP were bicistronically expressed as individual protein mediated by a 2A element. A Puromycin antibiotic marker was expressed under RSV promoter, allows to sort or to select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via Puromycin antibiotic (Dual selection). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the performance of the particles. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Particles were concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS solution.
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (provided in PBS solution, premixed with 10x Polybrene/ 60 ug/ml)
