Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express firefly luciferase gene under the CAG promoter. A RFP–Blasticidin fusion dual marker was expressed under a different RSV promoter, which allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via blasticidin antibiotic killing (Dual selection). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
