Description
Pre-made Renilla Luciferase (R-luc) lentiviral particles expressing R-Luc gene under an optional inducible suCMV promoter. It constins a RFP-Puromycin fusion marker under RSV promoter, which allows to sort or select transduced cells for long term expression via RFP signal or via puromycin selection (Dual selection). RFP signal provides a convenient, realtime monitoring the particles performance. See product manual for details (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated into PBS solution.
