Description
Premade optional inducible negative control shRNA expression particles under human H1 promoter. Negative shRNA controls containing a insert that designed has no homogous to any human or mouse transcripts (should not target any known human or mouse genes). This shRNA lentivirus serve as a useful negative control / reference for interpretation of target specific knockdown results.
Particles contains a RFP-Blasticidin dual selection marker. RFP fluorescent signal provide a convenient method to observe the virus transduction under microscope, and the transduced cells can be sorted / selected via either fluorescent signal or Blasticidin.
