Description
Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system, this cell line expresses the “GFP-(full-length β-Galactosidase) fusion” (GFP-LacZ) and RFP under the same suCMV promoter. GFP-lacZ fusion was expressed with C-term 6His tag. RFP is bicistronically expressed (mediated via Furin-2A peptide) as separated protein without any tags. see the inserted expression cassette below, and the sample cell images.
