Description
Transformed from HEK293 host cell line, this Dual fluorescent cell line co-expresses the GFP and RFP fluorescent report under the same suCMV promoter. The GFP is expressed with the C-term 6His tag, the RFP is bicistronically expressed (mediated via Furin-2A peptide) as separated protein without any tags.
