Description
Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system, this cell line expresses Renilla Luciferase. Renilla luciferase and RFP was co-expressed under suCMV promoter as separated protein (not as fusion). A Puromycin antibiotic marker was expressed under Rsv promoter. The following expression cassette was inserted into cell’s genome.
