Description
Transformed from HEK293 cells express tetracycline represser (TetR) gene. TetR was expressed under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin antibiotic marker was expressed under RSV promoter. The following expression cassette was inserted into cell line’s genome.
The TetR stable cell lines can be used together with Gentarget’s cDNA expression lentivirus for the inducible target expression or generation of the target specific inducible expression cell lines.
