mouse iPS factors
expression lentivirus:
Pre-made expression lentivirus for individual Mouse iPS factor. The iPS factor is expressed under either an enhanced constitutive EF1a promoter or under an optional inducible CMV promoter. You have to options to select the different antibiotic marker or fluorescent-antibiotic fusion dual marker.
Lentivirus is provided as 200ul/per vial either in DMEM medium with 10% FBS.
