Cypridina Luciferase
The secreted Cypridina Luciferase protein was expressed either under an optional inducible CMV promoter (TetCMV) or under non-tissue specific enhance EF1a promoter. Each particles also contains an antibiotic selection marker or an antibiotic-fluorescent fusion dual marker that driven by Rsv promoter. Lentivirus is provided as 200ul/per vial either in DMEM medium with 10% FBS and 10x polybrene, or in PBS.
