Description
Pre-packaged rAAV in Serotype-5, constitutively express the mCherry (Red Fluorescent Protein, wavelength Ex/Em: 587nm/610nm), under a modified CMV Promoter, No-tag. The following scheme showed the AAV vector’s core structure. See Product Manual for details.
AAV Serotype-5 has a higher preference for transducing Lung, CNS (brain and astrocytes), Retina, Ovary.
