Description
Pre-packaged rAAV in Serotype-8, constitutively express the mCherry (Red Fluorescent Protein, wavelength Ex/Em: 587nm/610nm), under a modified CMV Promoter, No-tag. The following scheme showed the AAV vector’s core structure. See Product Manual for details.
AAV Serotype-8 has a higher preference for transducing Liver (hepatocytes), Heart, Skeletal Muscle, CNS, Kidney, pancreas.
