Description
Pre-packaged rAAV in Serotype-9, constitutively express the mCherry (Red Fluorescent Protein, wavelength Ex/Em: 587nm/610nm), under a modified CMV Promoter, No-tag. The following scheme showed the AAV vector’s core structure. See Product Manual for details.
AAV Serotype-9 has a higher preference for transducing CNS (can cross the blood-brain barrier), Heart (cardiac muscle), Skeletal Muscle, Liver, Lung.
