Description
The anti-miRNA was expressed under the constitutive human U6 promoter. It contains a Blasticidin antibiotic marker under Rsv promoter, which allows to select the microRNA knockdown cells by Blasticidin antibiotic selection. See Anti-miRNA lentivirus manual for more details about the lentivector.
Order Contents:
(1) 0.5 ml of specific anti-miRNA lentivirus, titer at ~ 1×107 IFU/ml;
(2) 0.5 ml of negative control anti-miRNA lentivirus, titer at ~ 1×107 IFU/ml;
