BFP (CMV, Bsd) lentiviral particles

Description

Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Blue Fluorescent Protein (BFP) under suCMV promoter. A Blasticidin marker under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create BFP expression stable cell line (via Blasticidin selection);
3. others;

Amount:  1 x 10⁷ IFU/ml x 200ul in DMEM medium with 10% FBS, 60ug/ml polybrene.
