BFP (CMV Promoter, Puro), Concentrated Lentivirus

Description

Lentivirus expresses codon optimized Blue Fluorescent Protein (BFP) under suCMV promoter. A Puromycin gene under Rsv promoter allows to select transduced fluorescent positive cells. See Product Manual (.pdf).

The particles was concentrated and buffer exchanged into PBS. 

Application:

1. monitor lentivirus transduction efficiency for your cells of interest;
2. create BFP expression stable cell line (via Blasticidin selection);
3. others;

Amount:1 x 10⁸ IFU/ml x 200ul. (Concentrated lentivirus, provided in PBS solution, premixed with 10x polybrene, 60ug/ml)
