Description
Pre-made Lentivirus express the firefly Luciferase (luc), luciferase gene under an re-engineered the CAG promoter. Luciferase gene is constitutively expressed in high level. A Neomycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml in PBS (premixed with 10x Polybrene, 60 ug/ml)
