Description
Pre-made Renilla Luciferase (R-Luc) expression lentivirus, driven by the ES cell preferred CAG promoter. R-Luc gene is constitutively expressed in high level. A Neoomycin marker under RSV promoter, allows to select transduced cells for long term expression by G418 selection. See product manual for details (.pdf).
Particles was concentrated and buffer changed into PBS.
Amount: 200ul/per vial, at 1 x 108 IFU/ml (premixed with Polybrene)
